Aaaaaaaaaaaand... *drum roll* 12,289 steps! Yes! I know it has only been a few days, but it feels like it took me forever to get there. Needless to say, the two walks really worked. My back, legs and feet really hurt, but its worth it. I'm also feeling a little hungry so I'll probably grab a snack before bed.
Also, per my friend Erin's suggestion, I decided to measure my waist: 54 inches. So, every Monday when I post my weigh-in, I will also post my updated waist measurement.
Yay!
