I did very well with food today, thanks mostly to the fact that I missed breakfast because I didn't wake up until about noon. Unfortunately, I only got up to 7,474 steps. I went on a very intense walk 30-minute walk. which included a lot of walking uphill but I am still disappointed I didn't make it up to 12,000 today. However, I need to keep in mind that I haven't been in the habit of walking like this in a long time and I have to work my way back up to it. Tomorrow it will be easier because I will get a lot of steps in at work.
I am so proud of you!!! You can do it and we want you to be as healthy as possible!! You are a beautiful person, just take care of yourself and feel great!
